About me

Dear dog owner or owner of another pet,

my name is Mirka and I live in Bratislava – Old Town. Since childhood I have been very interested in cynology and I have always loved dogs. I used to have a small mixed-breed dog and we regularly attended dog training classes together, later also agility. Over the years I have taken care of dogs for family and neighbors, and I have also regularly looked after my friend’s Labradors and French Bulldog during their holidays.

I offer:
- pet sitting during holidays and as needed
- regular or occasional dog walking
- feeding and basic care
- obedience training if interested (by agreement)

I really enjoy long walks and spending time in nature. For walking, especially if the dog is older, I also have access to a large fenced yard.

I would also be happy to take care of cats, rodents, birds, and other small pets.

I treat every animal with patience, respect, and love. During pet sitting I will also be happy to send photos and updates. I’m already looking forward to meeting your beloved pet. :)

The price can be agreed depending on the frequency of walks, the length of stay with me, etc.

What I would like to know about the of the dog/pet

I’m especially interested in the dog’s personality and usual habits so I can provide the best and safest possible care. I like to know in advance whether the dog is house-trained, tends to destroy things, how they behave on the leash (for example, whether they pull), and how they react to other dogs, children, and strangers. It is also important for me to know whether the dog has separation anxiety, fears, past trauma, or any aggressive tendencies.
