The occurrence of the insured event is to be reported by the insured party without undue delay on the relevant form by letter, fax, or e-mail to the following address: DIRECT pojišťovna, a.s., Brno - město, Nové sady 996/25, 602 00, +420 221 221 221, e-mail: likvidace@direct.cz involving the specified booking number at Hlídačky.sk, during which the event occurred.
The amount of premiums is in the insurance contract in CZK. It is only indicatively converted into EUR. The amounts in the insurance contract have precedence.
