My name is Janka, and I am the oldest sister of two younger siblings, having been the “big support” in my family since childhood. My younger brother has autism spectrum disorder with challenging and sometimes aggressive behavior, which means I have had experience with children with special needs from his birth. This personal experience naturally led me to work with children and later to my studies.

My first steps in working with children began through volunteering – I worked as an animator in children’s camps and at birthday parties, and later I started babysitting in families. Over time, I gained experience with different age groups – from infants and toddlers (including caring for twin toddlers) to older children. After finishing high school, I worked as a caregiver for children with multiple disabilities in a rehabilitation center.

I am currently a final-year student of Special Education and at the same time I work as a therapist for children with autism, ADHD, and communication disorders. In my practice, I specialize in working with challenging behaviors in children with ASD, using mainly Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA therapy). This work has taught me patience, consistency, and a creative approach to finding solutions.

At the moment, I am looking for a family that needs babysitting during weekends. I enjoy giving children attention, creating meaningful activities for them, and providing a safe and calm environment.
